Before finishing your purchase, learn about the ticket sales policies and conditions:
Questions about policy and terms of purchase can be answered by CARACOL PARK: [email protected].
1. The purchase will depend on ticket availability and credit card operator approval, which may take up to 5 (five) days or payment compensation via PIX. The customer will only receive confirmation of the tour schedule after payment confirmation.
2. When purchasing on our website, your purchase may be subject to analysis and approval by our security department, which may request documents to prove registration to complete your order.
3. Check carefully your order data (schedule, day, period, quantities) before confirming your purchase. It will not be allowed to exchange your ticket for another scheduled date. Your ticket is a unique product, that is, after its purchase it will no longer be available for sale.
4. For purchases with a third party credit card, it is required to show a copy of the official identification document with a photo of the holder of the credit card used in the purchase and a copy of the card front only. Not showing these documents will result in the entry not being authorized.
5. According to the Consumer Protection Code (Article 49), the cancellation request must be made within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase and within 24 (twenty-four) hours before the initial date and time of the tour, the full refund of the ticket value will be made. After this period, it will not be possible to request a cancellation.
6. Not showing up on the date of the tour will result in a “no show”. The ticket has a flexibility of 7 days of visitation.
7. Only the User, holder of the purchase, can request the order cancellation.
8. The cancellation request is subject to analysis; therefore, the mere fact that the user enters the request does not guarantee that the order will be cancelled.
9. The refund of the amount will be made via website using a link which, after confirming its authenticity, will make the request for the refund of values with the credit card company. The refund on the card bill will follow the rules of each operator/issuing bank, and may be credited on the next or subsequent bill, according to the bill closing date. In cases of PIX refund, bank details for deposit will be requested.
10. In case of visit cancellation by Caracol Park, the amounts related to the tickets will be refunded.
11. In case of purchasing tickets via internet, you can show your ticket in paper format (printed) or in digital format (cell phone or tablet). The ticket contains a “QR Code” that will be scanned at the entrance.
12. In case of ticket loss, Caracol Park is not responsible for issuing a new ticket.
13. Half-price: people who purchase half-price tickets must prove it through original/printed documents, which validate the right to the benefit and will receive identification wristbands.
14. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen or counterfeit; Caracol Park, upon verifying this practice, may revoke or cancel them, without the right to any refund.
15. Caracol Park is not responsible for tickets purchased through unofficial sales channels, whether through individuals, legal entities, other websites and/or internet communities, with whom Caracol Park has no connection.
16. The User is responsible and must always carefully check the details of their order (number of tickets, date of visit, type of ticket) before confirming their purchase. Your ticket is a unique product, that is, after its purchase it will no longer be available for sale.
17. Caracol Park will serve and/or provide support only to the User, that is, registered natural or legal person, and exclusively in purchases that have proven to have taken place through the User's account on the ticket sales website.
18. The purchase and cancellation rules are established by Caracol Park.
